Every year the Agricultural Economics Association of South Africa (AEASA) presents the Tomlinson Commemorative Lecture. The lecture is held in the honour of Prof FR Tomlinson, the first president of AEASA. For the first time in the history of the association, the FR Tomlinson will be hosted by Limpopo Province. The 26th Tomlinson Lecture will be held in Polokwane City and will be presented by the highly respected Dr Moraka Nakedi Makhura, who is a past president of AEASA.
