The following conference registration fee structure is applicable for a 3-day programme (including 2 evening functions):

The conference registration fee includes registration, AEASA membership fees, conference material, refreshments, lunch, and organised functions during the day(s) of attendance, but excludes all travelling costs, accommodation, and any other refreshments not included on the programme.
No refunds but you are most welcome to send a substitute at no extra cost.
An official invoice will subsequently be e-mailed to you to confirm your successful registration.

All costs (travel, accommodation, incidentals) related to your participation in the conference must be covered by the participant. AEASA Conference 2022 is not liable and holds no responsibility for any of these costs.
Accommodation and Transport
For all accommodation bookings and enquiries, please contact Ms Kakunanganda Kustaa, Strand Hotel, Swakopmund: Kakunanganda.Kustaa@ol.na. In addition to the Strand Hotel, several other options for accommodation are available in Swakopmund, such as the Swakopmund Hotel & Entertainment Centre.
