VACANCIES : HRP - is the main instrument for research in human reproduction, bringing together policy-makers, scientists, health care providers, clinicians, consumers and community representatives to identify and address priorities for research to improve sexual and reproductive health.
HRP is a global leader in reproductive health research
HRP supports and coordinates research on a global scale, synthesizes research through
systematic reviews of literature, builds research capacity in low-income countries and develops dissemination tools to make efficient
use of ever-increasing research information.

HRP has research capability and credibility worldwide. Through the lens of neutrality, HRP produces trusted evidence-based norms and standards.
HRP has scope and capacity
HRP has a strong ground network of health professionals, non-governmental organizations, universities, government agencies, and community support. Since 1990,
institutions collaborating with HRP published 2,500 articles in peer-reviewed journals and trained more than 70,000 staff at regional and country centres. HRP administered 4,860 research capacity strengthening grants leading to the production of 6,600 publications and presentations by collaborating centres. It is through this vast network that HRP uses its consultative processes to determine priorities for research.

The University of Hohenheim has a Agricultural Economics Master Program (AgEcon), which is taught in English, and which has a strong international focus. The University has acquired funding from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), which allows them to grant a couple of scholarships for outstanding AgEcon participants from developing countries.
The scholarship application deadline is always February 15, for the AgEcon Program start in October.

We are proud to formally announce the official opening of registration for the International Agricultural Training Centre (IATC) training
programmes during September 4th to 22nd 2008.
The following three programmes will each be takeing place between September 4th to 22nd, 2008.

Our programmes feature 19 days of intensive training composed of well balanced study tours and lectures, with an emphasis on training through Human Capacity Building. During our training you will Listen,
Imagine & then See Agriculture innovations with your own eyes.
Additionally, citizens of transitional countries will be eligible for a SCHOLARSHIP COVERING ALL TUITION EXPENSES, valued at 2,250 EURO. (Other expenses: The local living expense fee (€2,865) and your airfare are to be
covered by each participant or his sponsor (employer or outside donor)). Local living expense fees cover: accommodation, full board, airport transfers, study materials & study tours, medical insurance, weekend excursions to
the most beautiful holy and historical sites in Israel, etc.
