Our Association has celebrated its achievements on a number of occasions in the past, and has published retrospective
views on at least three earlier occasions.

The first was by Dr Dirk Smith in 1973 that covered the first 10 years, followed by the AEASA 21 publication in 1983 when Dirk Smith was President of the Association, and then by the 40-year history under the editorship of Mr Faan van Wyk, one of the founding members in 1961.
